Last spring we our Nobelcom.com phone cards abruptly stopped working, and their customer service was of no help whatsoever.  On a whim last week we tried to see about exchanging our $40 of unused cards for new ones from them.  Much nicer customer service, and Russia Talk cards are now 6 cents/minute.  On two calls so far, everything has been Ok with the connections and quality.  Still keeping our fingers crossed, but compared with 10-15-335 (.15/minute), it would save us about $50/month if it holds up...
