Anybody used Arcadia Agency in St Petersburg?

Arcadia has a few interesting women but I see that they don't let you contact the girls directly unless you pay for their tour package.  That seems like it has a lot of potential for scamming unless the agency is known to be honest and is protecting you from scamming women.  Any of you guys try them?

Have not used them but sure like the quality of the ladies pictures and the videos are not bad either.

Wish they had a more flexible method of buying the ladies addresses.  It is the reason I never used them but I sure have been tempted.

Have noticed a few ladies who have appeared in many other agency adds.  Bad sign?

I was clicking on several videos of the girls and even though they didn't seem that attractive in the pictures they made a very strong impression in their videos.  It makes me wish there were more girls with videos.  I guess the videos were on the web site for that reason.  One girl that wrote me a letter a couple of years ago had a video clip.  She never impressed me with her pictures but her video was pretty good.  Here's the girl if you're curious.

My experience was that I often met a woman whose photos were nothing special, only to meet them in person and WOW, they looked great!  The opposite also applied- I would see the glamour-shot photos of some women that were just unbelievably beautiful only to meet them in person and be quite disappointed.  Photos can be so deceptive..  I personally liked the "snap-shots" the best as these women were almost always more beautiful than their pics..  But the women who have the super "glamour-shots", these women will NEVER look better than this photo and often, never again as good! LOL!  At least this has been my experience..  
Videos are so helpful to get the 3D, but if she has a video out there and YOU like it, you can be assured that there are a few hundred OTHER guys out there that like it too!

Ladies that want to be seen often list with more than one agency so it's not a bad sign.  My reluctance in using Arcadia is because their contact policy could have you emailing some paid email writer at the agency instead of the girl.  My search of the forum turned up nothing and I don't remember any discussions on them.  Their selection is not bad but they are dwarfed in comparison IKAR.  

One thing I've wondered is what are all the St Petersburg agencies?  I have this girl in St Pete I want to find out more about.  She is listed on a major site but I can't find her in any local agency.  I like to search the small agencies to look for some of the women posted by the major agencies because they might have more information on the women I like.  I did that for Kherson and it helps to compare the other pictures and bio information.  On some sights a girl is ugly and on another she'll look pretty.  You can find lots of good looking girls with hardly any letters if the agency numbers can be believed.

Arcadia is a medium sized agency in Saint Petersburg with about 710 women but the quality is pretty good.  Ikar is a Saint Petersburg agency that has about 6350 women. Ikar has more average women and I find almost as many good ones in Arcadia.
