Hey Mike,

How is the waiver process going?  If I understand correctly, she filed for the waiver under the hardship basis?  Does everything seem to be going according to plan so far?

I'm interested in any advice that you might have....anything that you might have learned since you last posted.  We have now decided that she will apply for a waiver.  We're just trying to decide what basis (no objection letter or hardship) to use and what our overall plan should be.  There are a couple of differences between your circumstances and ours....in our case, we're not married, and she has already returned to Russia.

Has your wife already filed for AOS?

I hope things are going well for you two.

Don
