Guys I just found out that I can't find my Y2000 Tax return, I have 1999, and 2001. I can order a copy from IRS but it takes 60days to receive. I was wondering if you guys know if Warsaw will except a IRS Transcript of the tax return for the given year, along with the that year W-2's

Thanks in Advance,

TomTx

Getting an IRS transcript should work just fine, and won't take long to get...

The consulate didn't care about my tax returns. Actually, I didn't have them anyway. I did have the 134 as required.
You WILL need the 3 yrs W-2s at the AOS however.
You can get these on the spot by going to your local IRS office.

I experienced a similar problem once.  I was able to order a copy from the IRS online.  If I remember correctly, it took less than 2 weeks to receive it.  Sorry, that doesn't help you much.  But, you might look a little more online or try calling the IRS.
Good luck.

Thanks folks for the responses. I will get the transcript, I can get that on the spot at any IRS office. I will take all this with me just in case they request the information with the I-134
Thanks again,
Tom
