When I went to Russia for the first time on a tour to Saint Petersburg in 1999, half the men had cancelled on the trip because of similar terrorism.  There were bombs found in 3 apartment buildings in one night.  I don't remember any ever going off though.

Thanks for taking the time to come over from the Latin board to post this story.

When I heard that at least one American was killed, I had a strange feeling that it was a man who was involved in  MOB's. It was an immediate reaction that came without deliberation (intuitive vs cognitive).

Very sad story as is the whole event.

the media will respect the gentlemen and his family & not make a side-show of his quest. My heart goes out to all who have suffered from this attack. To those of you who are serious about your search to find & be found by love. Please don't let this tragic event stop you from going to the FSU. Unfortunately, there are risk no matter where you go (East, West or South) or if you stay here! Keep ya head up and your heart true....and you & love will find each other....
