Can anyone confirm Warsaw email address?

I now have 2 different email addresses for the Warsaw Embassy for opening provisional files!  Anyone have any recent experience with Warsaw that can confirm??

...I haven't verified them in awhile but its what I used.

For prov file they used to require you to fax or a scan of the 2nd NOA

...there are several emails and  URLs you need to have.

One for opeing a prov file, another for inquiries, and a URL that will show your interview date once it's posted. Also, download the packets and send them it to her just in case. You can get them in Russian on the Embassy website.
