I have the phone number but I have been told by a few guys that they think you can only call the US Embassy in Warsaw about fiance visa concerns during a 2 hour window: from 2pm-4pm Warsaw time..

Is this correct?  I cannot find this info anywhere.  I looked on the US Consulate to Warsaw web page but could see nothing about this time window...

If anyone knows about this, I would appreciate any info..

Thanx

If your not able to get a answer, I would just call them and let them tell you what you need to do. Thats IMHO...

After futher review I did find a section on the website that says:

How to contact us

The U.S. Embassy in Warsaw and the U.S. Consulate General in Krakow do not discuss visa cases with visa applicants or make visa appointments over the telephone. Instead, callers in Poland should call the visa information and visa appointment telephone line at
0 701 77 44 00 Monday through Friday between 7.00 am and 8.00pm. The call costs 4.00 PLN plus 22% VAT per minute (the price is subject to change without notice). The number is available only within Poland but not from public phones

They suggest:

If possible, please use e-mail to communicate with the Embassy. It is the most efficient way to reach the Embassy and the quickest way to get answers to your questions. We have a dedicated e-mail address for K visa cases: fiancewrw@state.gov.
If you have been requested to send original documents to the Embassy, you can do so by U.S. mail at the address below. It takes about two weeks for your letter to reach the Embassy:

Yep, I have seen all that, but I am pretty sure that they answer the phone for a 2 hour window, I just want to make sure when that window is..
I think it is between 2pm and 4pm Warsaw time, but I am just looking to confirm..

I have searched, and talked to a lot of people that I know, and the prefered method is e-mail. You can try to call but I am sure that it would be a waste of money. Like the site says, "Prefered method is E-mail", "We don't talk calls on K1 questions"
I was just stating the facts, which you also read. IMHO it would be wasting your time and money, just e-mail them, the time you spend on hold, you could be getting closer to your answer via e-mail.
Just my 2 bits..

It's been a couple of years for me, Oscar, but I had a bunch of questions and got an answer from Warsaw within a day or two by using the e-mail address.  I never tried but I heard it is next to impossible to reach them by phone.
