If your not able to get a answer, I would just call them and let them tell you what you need to do. Thats IMHO...
After futher review I did find a section on the website that says:
How to contact us
The U.S. Embassy in Warsaw and the U.S. Consulate General in Krakow do not discuss visa cases with visa applicants or make visa appointments over the telephone. Instead, callers in Poland should call the visa information and visa appointment telephone line at
0 701 77 44 00 Monday through Friday between 7.00 am and 8.00pm. The call costs 4.00 PLN plus 22% VAT per minute (the price is subject to change without notice). The number is available only within Poland but not from public phones

They suggest:
If possible, please use e-mail to communicate with the Embassy. It is the most efficient way to reach the Embassy and the quickest way to get answers to your questions. We have a dedicated e-mail address for K visa cases: fiancewrw@state.gov.
If you have been requested to send original documents to the Embassy, you can do so by U.S. mail at the address below. It takes about two weeks for your letter to reach the Embassy:
