Scum Alert

It's not a typo, this is a SCUM alert, not a SCAM alert. I have met a girl (RW) who just got out of a relationship with some German guy, and it turns out that in the space of several months, she went over to live with him, became pregnant, and this bastard actually hit her in the stomach to try and induce a miscarriage. I have his name, and apart from an urgent desire to meet up with this guy face to face, I have a question to put to the panel; this girl's parents are not aware of all the details, and the guy apparently threatened to speak to them if she caused him any problems. But I would at the very least like to get this guy black listed. What would you suggest; blacklist or baseball bat?

The girl that I met in Kiev had a story very similar to the one you have just told.

Maybe you should ask the guy for his version, before you smack him over the head with a baseball bat.

I have to agree with some of the guys, alot of these ladies are very clever and have the mindset of mafia crook.  Granted, we'd love to think of these people as being honorable and wholesome, but the reality of it all is.. It's a dog eat dog world and there is a sucker born everyday with a willing ear to play.

Just like their news media, take everything with a huge grain of salt.  They know how to work guys.

Remember, as they've said before, these eastern european women are very intelligent.

This happened before you met her, right?

She had every opportunity to report this to the
police in germany.  Instead she dumps it on you.

Great start to a relationship.

Also, telling the parents is a problem how?
Hiding a serious crime is better?
This girl has problems. And, now, so do you.

I think you should find a girl who knows how
to bless herself (and those around her) with
positive experiences.  In other words, find
someone a little smarter.

There have been many false allegations and reports on this board of mistreated RW's by those who have little or no actual first hand information of the alleged situation, other than what the RW says.  After these reports we often see some of this board's "do-gooders" come out and suggest extreme resolutions (like whacking a guy with a baseball bat).  Some recent examples (just within the past few weeks) of these "false alarms" are of the man--who posts on this board with some frequency--who stated that a RW who was a "friend" of his own RW who needed a place to stay after being "jilted" by her bad bad American Man.  After the good AM gave the "jilted RW" a place to stay in his own home, he learned the "jilted RW" was telling his own wife that she really used sucker AM to get her "splendid documents," and she even suggested to the RW that she leave her good AM husband (the one who took care of the poor "jilted RW" and gave her a place to live).  Then the man came back and reported a follow-up telling how the "jilted RW" was really a conniving scammer.  But, before that, there were many on this board offering to do everything to help...some even offering to send the "jilted RW" money.  Remember that one?  And remember the poor poor RW who claimed she was fired from her job because of alleged "discrimination" against Russians?  Once again, many of the this board's "group huggers" came on and suggested that she SUE her former employer...without even knowing the whole story!!!  Turns out the RW was really fired during her probation period because she did not get along with others in her office, and because her boss did not like her.  And then there's the one about the sweet "Anastassia" who sometimes comes on the board spamming her services and website in a low key way to drum up business, and then she later posts on this same board that she thinks her American clients are really "cold hearted" and "greedy" and "ruthless" and bad.  Do these people really deserve the sympathy and support that so many uninformed posters offer?  I don't know.  But I think you should know the full story before jumping in and threatening to whack a guy with a baseball bat, or before suggesting some other extreme remedy solely based on what a RW (with a possible agenda) says.  Otherwise, vagn is right in his above post...its not your problem.

The proper situation is to enable this German fellow to be introduced to the Russian or Ukrainian penal system for a period of time. The situation will ensure that he will receive the proper treatment for his misconduct. A couple of hundred bucks cash will probably take care of the enabling.

First and foremost, the matter should be reported to the authorities. I do not know what German law is on this subject, but in many of the states this kind of action would be considered attempted murder of an unborn child, in addition to assault and battery to the mother.

If the lady did not report the crime to the police I would question the veracity of her claim.

Personally the baseball bat idea is more my style. How would you blacklist him? Most of the girls in the FSU would never see a website if you made one. And an agency would most likely ignore any warning if they could make some money off him. Just be sure you've got your facts straight before you give the guy what he deserves.
