First of all, what browser are you using? If you're using IE, what version? Are you posting through a proxy server? Are you using a personal firewall such as Symantec or McAfee? Have you tried installing Netscape instead? Are you using a pop-up window preventer?

All of these questions plus a few more could be a possible cause of your problem. It could be your ISP. Sometimes a router problem will cause a repeated transmission of send request. It's probably some crappy software you installed a short time ago that is the source of your problem.

So what Del? Post twice. No one will care...

As long as your posts don't contain the words Fat man or Dorf Boy, I don't care how many times they are posted...

Is Dorf boy like from German meaning village boy or what? And curiosity has got the better of me, what the hell did "poster dick" mean?

Sometimes, it's lost on me, too.

Is Dorf like a village idiot? Yeah, that's close. Dorf is an old expression indicating someone who kind of acts retarded. Similar to a "twit" I think?

Poster dick would have probably made you more upset, had you understood it. Dick is an American slang term for a man's reproductive organ. Poster was simply in reference to the fact that this "dick" was posting.

It was a crude and childish comment.

I guess that initially they thought you were a troll.

Trolls bring out the worst in all of us, because we are so tired of hearing it. There is nothing that a troll can say that we havene't heard, debated (and perhaps even secretly worried about) a thousand times already. But they seem to think that it is their job to come on here an "enlighten" us.

But, "Poster Dick" was a crude comment, which is why I objected to it when it was being used.

Frankly, if you watch this board for about six months, you will quickly learn EXACTLY what kind of a person each poster is.

And, unhappily, many are extremely childish...

Makes the trolls cackle in delight. Every time someone on the board acts like an inane four year old it simply confirms for them that we "all are losers."

Be the source of incredible levity amongst the troll community. Your pious, holier-than-thou attitude wears thin Mark - particularly when YOU, by your own admission, are at the center of MANY of these inane debates.
