Author Topic: B2 Visa / Form DS-156 for parents  (Read 1485 times)

I would like to download the form (DS-156) for my wife's parents to visit us here in Florida (I know, it's unlikely). The Moscow Embassy refers me to a company called Elf-91 which has offices in Moscow, but I don't think they have offices in their town (Izhevsk). If I could download the actual forms, we could fill them out here and send them for them to sign. I visited one website that had an incomplete version as a sample only. Any suggestions?
