Well, after 26 months, a combined 1500 letters, five trips between the two of us, hundreds of telephone calls and who knows how many bureacratic hurdles and worries, we are about to be married. My Fiancee and her daughter arrive here at the military base in Iceland on 12 Sep and will marry six days later.
I will say that this process is not for the weak of heart, but if you find the one that is right for you, then time, difficulties and distance will never alter your course to consummate your life with her.
We often overlook the value of a site like this and another I have used called Brama for travel tips. There is often a post that is put up or and little bit of experience I have been able to share to a curious searcher that has reciprocated value to all of us.
