The Moscow Times reports that the British government is snubing a tribute to the Artic campaign to supply Russia with WWII supplies from the west. It seems that medals...decorations...tributes..etc could not be given to foreign military...??
Elton John and the Beatles can qualify for Her Majesty's knighthoods and honors though.
