The most important thing for you to do right now is to fax them a copy do your approval with a cover letter asking them to open a "provisional file". Include your fiancee's name, address, and phone # (e-mail if she has one). I would also send them an e-mail with the same information and request so that they can contact you directly. They should get back to you within 4-5 days with your file #.
Then the first week of each month they post that month's interview dates based on file #s. I would guess that you are looking at another 6-8 weeks minimum due to the additional backgroud checks by the State Dept.
Now is the time to download "packet 3" to be sure that your fiancee has everything that is required done and ready for her interview. If she already has these things, have her sign the checklist form and fax it to the Embassy.
