I have a question about the interview process in warsaw. Based on the comment below it is my understanding that the process can now take up to several weeks to gain the visa after the interview.
My questions is this. What does the finacee do in the meantime? Does she go back to the Ukraine and wait to hear from the USA - Polish Embassy? Will they send her the visa approval in the mail to Ukraine or does she have to return once again to Warsaw and schedule an appointment.
Also what are the travel implications from going back and forth from Ukraine to Poland. Are there any "red tape"  (ie. payoffs) involved with going back and forth like this or does the Ukarinian and Polish customs not cause any headaches.
Thanks

a friend of mine married a girl from odessa. He told me that they held her passport until she got her approval and this was before 8/01 (3 hours of course.) My ? is are they going to hang on to the passports for 50 days. If they do, what do the girls do for travel documents, rick
