I wrote the business owner of this website and he confirmed it, but did recommend always calling the originator of the rebate that started in July and confirming the terms. He told me that you can buy the introductory course in a different language than the full course and one the same day with same receipt.
This is a great way for people to get started, because the net cost after rebate through this particular vender is only about $80 for both courses.
