... in response to Good article but..., posted by BubbaGump on Jul 28, 2002And was able to get all his resouces inline with that money and his business model worked.
However, I think it was very unwise to go telling the world how much this guy is worth!! Don't you know the mafia will be wanting their share after reading that article.
Clearly, the resources are before them, just that the people lack the know how, direction of making a business work.
They're so quick to blame the gov't or anything. Since that's how their mindset works.
I think anyone who has investigated the pizza business, without a francise. You'll see all it takes is 1 large oven, somebody to make the dough, someone to spread on the tomatos sauce, and then someone to grate the cheese and vegtables. Toss it in the oven, 15 minutes later serve.
Clearly if you calculate how much this all cost, with .35 an hour labor. A $5 family sized pizza is like a cash cow.
What's really beautiful is you can contract with some farmers to grow all your vegtables at cut rate prices.
This is a no brainer business...but you will need to have a couple of employees that are willing to work for $.70 an hour to get the thing organized. geez...
Just imagine, in all of eastern europe all the money and opportunity is flowing into that country for the element of just cheap labor. It is mind boggling the growth potential.
