Hey Guys,
Everything is going great. Just wanted to let MarkinTX know that I FINALLY read his trip report he emailed me. Dang can that guy write, nice write up Mark. I must say that your "tale" intrigued me. I apologize for not reading it sooner but I just didn't have time. I'm very happy for you. THe "saga" also puts some of the posts I stumbled across into perspective. As for the "making love to your wife" reference....I thought it was beautiful. I shared an intimate moment in a trip report about 2 years ago and was crucified for it. I see that you took some crap for it also...who cares. You're happy, that's all that matters.

As for me, yes I'm once again dating an AW. Like MarkinTX, I kind of dig AW. I also dig RW but have never had a problem with either. Mark, when your girl gets here, we'll come over from Abilene and all have dinner. Sound good?

Best to everyone involved. I'll continue to read as I'm fascinated by all the courage of the guys here to go get their dreams. As for Jack Bragg, you're a good man. Good luck with business and no matter what anyone says, they'll always get a fair shake with firstdream.com.

KenC, I want to come out to San Diego to see you also. I was in LA a couple of weeks ago, what a town. Dan in Denver, I still have ALL of your "how to" posts on VISA's etc... Haven't heard much from Karl lately, I"m sure he's doing great with his sweetie. How about all this rain we've gotten Karl? Yoe....no time for a cup of joe but one day I'd love to see your place. To my buddy down under, John L....where you been man? Long time no hear. Last but not least, Stan in the great land of pineapples and hula skirts...hope everything is still peachy keen.

Anyone ever heard from John CC anymore? I'm wondering how things ever turned out with his Moldavian dream girl.

Good luck to all involved and no matter where she is from.....chase her with all you got.

Mark H.

For some reason I do not think you and the FSU lady thing is over. Just my call.

Since my handle has changed because of different computer locations etc=

She's already telling him what he can and can't buy... and he is already conceding that his furniture is heading to the garage, so she can pick new...

Sounds to me like MarkH is heading to matrimony with an AW...

Mark
Trust all is well, good to hear that you are still plodding along, and, still have a keen eye for the AW's ! I have had some good correspondence with Irana from Belarus, she was the one that was here during the Olympics. But Man, God help you if you stick a foot out of place with her.
Yeh, I did give the boys a bit of a spray a few weeks ago, after all, someone has to keep an eye on them, especially when it appears that their real heads look like getting jammed amongs't the clouds!
Hey, had 18 with Arnie lately? I knocked out a 'hackers' round of just 7 over the card on a new course just a few weeks ago!

Keep Yu'r end up Mate.

Hey John,
Sounds like a nice course, gotta get down to your part of the world one day. Been playing my fair share but had alot of rain the last week. Lord knows we needed it here in dry dry west texas. My girlfriend has a 12 year old daughter who is just "dying" to go to Australia. I think we'll shoot for Dec or Jan to head that way. We're going to Paris in August or Sept, not sure which month yet. The airfares are ridiculous right now, over a grand out of DFW to Paris. Cheapest I've found is 900. That just seems high to me, guess it's not with the NEW 100 bucks a ticket taxes/security fees. I got so used to traveling for "one" that buying 3 tickets makes one search just a little harder for those savings. Smiley Glad to hear everything is going well with your lady from Belarus, I remember the email you sent when she came to visit for the games. Sounds like maybe you're heading serious. As for me, I'm just about down and out of the FSU program...my AW is picking out wallpaper. I think that's a sign!! She's also informed me that I shouldn't pick out anymore furniture. I bought a new house and am acquiring things. First off was a 61" HD TV, she likes it but doesn't care for the couch or love seat...I think they've been designated for garage duty and will be where my friends and I hang out in the garage. Keep me informed of your progress, any engagement on the horizon for you?

Everything is going great here, thanx for asking. Today makes it 7 months since we've gotten married and we couldn't be happier. We moved into our new condo about 2 months ago as well and that was a lot of fun. Everything except the computer and the tv, we bought new. We had to pick out everything from the carpeting, the frig, stove, furniture, utensils, plates... and we agreed on everything. All thats left is to find is a piano, so that Maryna can start giving lessons. She already has started teaching at some other peoples homes and is picking up $30/hr. Not bad for some extra spending $. It also looks like my boss is going to take her on part-time when we need the extra help, and thats another $25-30/hr.
As for our daughter, she's doing great at pre-school, speaks english well and is looking forward to kindergarten in the fall, because as she says "thats real school".
Anyway I hope all is well with you and that you find what your looking for...aloha, Stan

Stan,
Knew you were getting the new condo, glad to hear it's all come together. Also glad to hear the little one is speaking great english and enjoying herself. I remember you had some rough waters initially. Sounds like everything is going great, I'm very happy for you. How are the room mates handling you being gone? I'm sure they miss you and all the bachelor parties I'm sure you threw!

I wonder about that John C.C. guy too.  His posts were always entertaining to me and I always knew whose posts they were with the "eh" at the end of every sentence.  But he hasn't posted in a coon's age.

Mark H, if your happy with the woman you found is all that really matters. There are many good American women here, our mothers, Donna Reed and June Cleaver are a few good examples.

Would like to invite you to go to Galvaston beach with myself and many other AM/RW and from Dallas and Houston on August 3rd. Maybe you can make it to Dallas Friday mid-day and you can follow us down. Might be best if you can leave your AW in Abilene as I think we are going to have one or two single Russian ladies in attendance and they would probably feel heartbroken if you were to bring someone with you. Heck, let them fight over you!

See ya big guy!

I feel it would be un-wise to tempt you, a happily engaged man to a Russian woman, by having you, as a single man, in the presense of these beautiful, slim, classy, charming, elegant, sensual, single Russian ladies.

MarkH on the other-hand, not engaged to a fine Russian woman, just dating an AW. Now, this would be tempting MarkH!

Don't worry MarkinTex, when your lady get's here we will have a big celebration, we'll blow her mind away with all the Russian ladies, including some from Kherson, that she will meet.

We'll be happy to have you over when she gets here.

For that matter, if you're not busy some weekend and want to see what civlization looks like... come on over!

I'm moving at the end of this month, so we should be all set when she gets here, and up for entertaining company.

As for JohnCC, he did exactly what he said he would: He went away and never came back. I'm not sure why, because I came back just as he was leaving.

If I recall, he ended up with a very young girl (I think 18 or something) and he took a lot of grief for it, and left in a huff.

One thing you have to have to survive on here is a thick skin.

I wish he would post and tell us how things are going. I hope things are going well for him. Although, the fact that he has not been back (at least once) to gloat is probably not a good sign...

Mark,

Heard from JohnCC just yesterday, he is alive and well.

He still has great interest in someone in Moldova.

He will probably report in sometime in the future.
