Has anyone used or know anything about Apex Visa Service? I am very busy and not the sharpest knife in the drawer,:-),so I was thinking of using it. With all the changes ( maybe ) going on in the INS I just don't want one little screw up on a  form to get the K-1 shot down. Thoughts? Comments? Thank you all in advance.

They do Fiance visas for a price, like atorneys do, but they are not attorneys so do not charge as much..

Well, I thought about using APEX..  But guys here convinced me to give it a try myself, which I did.  Some guys just don't want to hastle with the K-1 so if they want to spend the money, it's a good option, as it is cheaper than using an attorney..

I know of them and thought about using them but others here convinced me I could do it myself, and they were right.  It seems daunting at first but is do-able for the average joe..

About APEX, I know they are NOT attorneys but also charge a lot less.. (around $500 I believe)..

I still think you can do it yourself..

My 2 cents,
Oscar
