try to get a hold of the ins office in your area and if that does not work call your local congressman for advice on the matter.Rick

Yes, after another month... or if I get real antsy after a few days LOL I will call the INS office. I guess after reading some stuff from Rags about his interview (since both of our honey's came over here about the same time) I was wondering where the heck the letter from the INS stating the date of our future interview is ... but I have also heard others including on this board saying it sometimes takes awhile.. ho hum..  once again thanks guys,

My wife and I filed for AOS the same month as Rags (february) in the same state (California) but at a different office...Rags was Sacramento, mine was San francisco....and we have not heard squat about interview date, we were told to expect interview date letter in six months after submittal. My wife had her fingerprints done in April, so we are not worried "yet".

I think I paid for the fingerprints the same time I filed... but anyway I havent heard about a appointment to do the fingerprints along with not hearing about the interview... did you get a notice in the mail or a phone call?? just curious -- what was the procedure for you to go do your fingerprints?...   thanks for your info..

We recieved a card in the mail for fingerprint appointment and instructions to the INS substation in our city, we did not need to travel 2 hours to San francisco.
