I wonder if you would like to perhaps compare notes on the process..  You hear so many things that are conflicting, it might not hurt to compare notes...  Whatdaya think??  Let me know if you would like to talk..

For example, now you have got me paranoid about this "paper size" for the G-325A's from the girls! LOL!

Also, remember that there is a perfectly good Web site listed under the immigration links that deals primarily with Warsaw...

Hey Guys,

If you are not sure about the details of the I-129F, there is a second site, besides Doc Steen's, that I found very useful.  It is now at:

There are checklists that catch a lot of the last minute "what about?" questions.

Good luck,

Steve M.

Don't worry about paper size.

I had to revise a couple of my papers and reprint them while in Russia. Yes, they use A1 size and we use 8.5x11.

The difference is very minor. If you read the fine print on the INS webpages, you will see that thet say they will accept reproduction of the PDF files.

I had no trouble at the Moscow Embassy with a mix match of A1 and 8.5x11's.

You are like 1000 percent ahead of me on everything.

As soon as I got back, I had massive server casualties (because my web host decided to "upgrade") which put me literally out of business for the last 10 days.  I'm just now finished getting the mods finished to get me back in biz again, but I've got 7 more sites to get fixed.

Once this is done in the next 24 hrs, I'll devote full attention to my k1.

that I have GOT to be the last person to compare notes with.  Things have been changing at the INS and stuff and there's no telling what these guys will accept or reject.  Kind of like calling the IRS and getting 12 different answers to the same question.  I think that so many people have used the info on the Doc Steen site that it appears to be the best reference available at the moment.

As far as the silly paper size goes, it is a significant difference.  When printed out there, the program even adjusts the overall form print out to be smaller than what I get here.  Heh, now I'm even paranoid because I'm using an ink-jet printer and not a laser.

Sheesh, maybe I'll just hire a lawyer so I'll have somebody else to blame when something gets screwed up!  :-{
