Off topic post regarding Ukrainian adoption

A friend has just informed me that he and his wife are trying to get information about adopting a child from Ukraine. If any of you have any pertinent information about child adoption from Ukraine that could be forwarded to them it would be appreciated.

I know couples in Seattle area who adopted kids from Vladivostok, Russia. As a matter of fact, one couple is going over there this Thursday (they will appear in court, get all the papers and bring a little boy over). If that is something which might interest your friends, please e-mail me and I can put them in touch.
