I have been posting here for about 6 months. I have never had a bad word for anyone. never got in to these wars or anything like that.  To the person that sent me the virus.  You made a bad mistake. I made a mistake also. But it will not happen again.  I have a son that owns a computer co. and also a hosting co. Prime net hosting.  right now , he has my hard drive with the e-mail your virus rode in on.  He will find you.  Go ahead, sent it again, we have a little gift waiting on you.

Just so all of you know. the virus rode in on a profile of a lady from Russia.  I had norton anti virus. did not do any good with this one. But he can't get thur now.

The sender of the virus isn't the originator of the virus and often times never knows that it's being sent. I don't know about this case, but I got a Klez virus at work somehow and my computer, unbeknownst to me started trying to send it to other people. Well, it's all cleaned up now and the latest AV software installed, but not before many people in my address book got attacked.

Set up a hotmail or Yahoo email account for your email.  They scan for virus attachments.  This has been happening to board members for several months.

This person has sent me a couple of messages also in the last few days, no viruses or anything attached to them, but now he is sending to a dead Email account. Try using AVG Antivirus from grisoft.com . The updates are frequent, and nothing has gotten through it like Norton.
