My 1 pence worth.....

They are 2 words out of context with each other.

The first word means "village".

The second word means "to pass something to me".

We need to whole sentence to get a context. Russian-English cannot easily be correctly translated word for word.

It should read
to a village... Give (my greetings?).
Sounds like someone is going to a village and the author wants to say hello to someone
