Hello all,

Can any of you guys point me in the direction of a retailer who sells 'the classics' in the Russian language?

Cheers...

Try Kamkin.com.  They have a store in New York and Baltimore and, until last week, a 2 Million collection of Russian books in Rockville, MD

It depends on what area you live...
I live close to Princeton, NJ, and I always buy books in Russian language at the store at Northern Philadelphia:

(215) 969 70 82 (voice)
(215) 969 70 83 (fax)

Maybe you can order some books remotely there...

You can try also:

This site was recommended as having books available in Russian. You might try searching using Russian as the key word. I have not used this site. I did do a search for "The Hobbit" but it was not in stock for the Russian version.

Or a Scriptual facsimile. Formatted not  book..chapter...verse  like King James.
I remember this private library where I stayed in Odessa. Russian and Ukraine books.....
Lots of scientific stuff.  I was stupified !
You may also consider visiting a near or distant Russian Deli.
Here, locally in Dallas too, patronized, owned and operated by mostly Russian Jewish. They can get books.
I will be going to Odessa again in a couple months.

I found a lot or Russian language books on ebay. Many are in great shape, hard back, and inexpensive. I just entered "Russian" in the search option.
