I am comparing two products, the K-1 fiancee visa process, against the other leading brand, the K-3, wherein the marriage takes place in her home country, and then she emigrates as a spouse of citizen (ie: me) .
It seems attractive to me, should I find "her, my other half" that we marry in her country, and then later she arrives as my wife in the US. I guess there is some sense of finality or stability in the K-3, rather than having her come to the US on a 90 day trial. I really don't view this process as a trial run...
Can you apply for the K-3, before you are actually married? Can the paperwork be filed in, say, May, and then the wedding take place in the summer? Has anyone heard whther the processing for the K-3 is longer, or shorter? I saw an article just yesterday that suggested that the K-3 may now be faster than the K-1...
Does Tide work better than that other leading brand?
