If I post any more personal attack messages like the one on Spyke and JJ (now deleted), then I'll be forced to ban myself.

Excuse the outburst, I should have followed my personal rule about waiting 24 hours before posting a message or sending an email when I'm angry.  It's not setting a good example when the moderator himself is hurling insults.
