Let's say after five or six months of writing this one lady you have convienced yourself that she is the one for you, so you go to visit her.
Of course she offers to find your flat for you. Chances are the flat she finds for you is going to be not so far from her own flat, as she will certaintly want him close to her and she will want to keep an eye on him.
Some guys will meet this one woman, they both fall in love with each other, get married and live happily ever after. In these cases it did not hurt for the lady to get this man's flat. But not all meetings turn out this way. I would say, percentage wise speaking, probably less than 10% of the time does this senerio turn out.
Now when a man goes to meet one lady and he knows after the first few hours, or day, that this woman is not the woman for him, or when the woman realizes that he is not the man for her, what does he do next? Many guys will go ahead and waste there time, spend the next 7 or 8 days with this one woman, even though he knows she is not going to be his future wife. But for the guys that have the balls to do something positive about this bad situation, if he has planned ahead accordingly, now his options are more easily carried out.
When the woman get's your flat it's usually close to her place and usually the flat belongs to a friend, or family member. If the guy realizes he wants to see other ladies, or look at other options, chances are his flat is not in the center, not in the heart of the city, not where it is so easy for him to meet other ladies or have other ladies to meet him. If he is located in the center of the city, it is usually easy for other ladies to meet him somewhere in the center. If I am in the flat that the original lady got for me and I do meet another woman and this woman comes to this flat, chances are that the original lady that got him the flat, because she knows the flat owner, has access to this very flat. She can come into your flat maybe while you are there and most certaintly she can come into this flat when you are not there and do who knows what! And since she knows the phone number to this flat, she can call and harrass at all hours of the day or night and you have to explain why you do not answer the phone to any lady who is visiting you at the time (can be quite embarrasing I assure you).
When you get your own flat, in the center of the city, and you realize that there is no chemistry with this one woman, now it is easier for you to expand on your other options as you are in the center. Do you think that the lady you came to see is going to get a flat for you in the center? Most probably not. Now he is free to come and go and not have to worry about this lady he came to see entering his flat or harrasing him as easily.
Another senerio that happens, in fact it happen to one of my clients just about 6 weeks ago and I think I mentioned it here on P-L, is maybe you are not getting the best deal on the flat she got for you. Just by chance the woman you are going to see might have fooled you, maybe she is a really good scammer. A client from England about 6 weeks ago started getting some bad vibes about the lady he was going to see, and he had already met her once. She had told him she had found a wonderful flat for him in the center and it was only $95 a night (I forgot the actual price now but think it was about $95). The client asked if I could get him a nice flat and of course we did. By chance the flat we got for this client for $50 a night was the very SAME flat she was getting for him at $95 a night! Hummmph, wonder what was up with that?
On page one of my scammers page you will see a tag team duo of ladies in Kiev who are working a scam. One man from Australlia went to see this wonderful woman he had been writing to for several months, Katrina. Katrina said she could get him a good flat and he agreed. He paid I think $75 a night for his flat in Kiev and it was not in the center. But where he really got scammed was the 'phone bill'. Seems Katrina had a family emergency the day after he arrived, so he was pretty much on his own. Two days before he was to leave the flat owner came by and she had said she checked with the phone company and he owed her $300 in telephone calls. Well the guy new he was being scammed now and refused to pay. No problem said the flat owner, I'll just call the police, and she was going to. He became a little concerned and he ended up paying the flat owner $150 as a compromise. Now this was an extreme case and is not going to happen often, but why chance it?
In the case of Ryan, he is going to see three ladies in Lugansk. My recommendation to Ryan is for him to get his own flat in the center, not a flat offered by any one of these ladies, ESPECIALLY in Lugansk!
Chipshot, in my opinion it's just wiser for a guy to get his own flat, not a flat offered by one of the ladies he is going to see, as such a move allows for greater freedom and options should they be needed.
