... in response to Kharkov Restaurants, posted by Quick Fix on Jan 30, 2002Blues Cafe and the Zanabar are a couple of my favorites. The Blues is the better of the two and popular. Reasonable and they have English menus. I used to eat dinner or lunch there every day and they waitress got to know me quite well and took great care of me. I could tell her when I'd be back and she would have a table reserved for me. Its located on Puskinskya St and has a statue of a black Jazz musician outside the door. There are other restruants that are good as well but I can't think of their names at this time.
