I had a bad experience with them last spring.  I bought one of their package "deals," using a credit card.  The "deal" included address purchases, email letter forwarding, and an ad for myself in their catalogue.  I tried writing to several women on their site, but the agency would not forward the letters. The manager would not respond to my email inquiries about the reasons for the problem.

They did post the ad in their catalogue and I got some letters from women as a result.  A couple of them had private email access (not controlled by the agency) and I corresponded with several of them for awhile.  They told me that Amenity charges the women for posting their profiles on the site.  Of course, then they charge the men to write to the women.

From the contacts, I found out that this site has a lot of "mistakes" in the profiles of their women.  For example, the profile says that a woman speaks English well, but she says she doesn't when you write to her.  The profile says that a woman doesn't have any kids, but she reveals that she does have kids when you write.

At the time, I was corresponding with a woman in Novosibirsk who had profile on the Amenity site and several other sites.  She had private email (through a university) and I had gotten her address through a different agency. I tried to order a gift for her through Amenity.  Later, she wrote to me that they had sent her the greeting card that was supposed to go with the gift, but they refused to give her the gift that I had paid for.

After that, I got pissed off, wrote to my credit card company, and had them cancel the charges.  About that time I got a reply to one of the email letters that I had sent 2 months before.  This gal expressed an interest in corresponding with me, but said that she didn't know English (contrary to her profile) and she asked for money for translations.  I also got a letter from one of the hot 20 year olds on their site. (I am 52 and I had a policy of not writing to anyone under 30).  I didn't reply to either of these letters.

Yes, there are some good-looking gals on the Amenity site.  Some of them may real.  Many are highly motivated to get out of Siberia.  But there are other Siberian sites.

Novosibirsk is in Central Asia - Think north of eastern Kazakhstan and western Kyrgyzistan.

Novsibirsk is one of the largest (if not the largest) cities in Siberia.  I think it is the getmarriednow.com folks who run major tours there.

Look at facesofsiberia.you know what there.  From what I understand getmarriednow.  is a scam agency.  Faceofsiberia intrigued me, but I do business in the Novosibirsk region and do not want to make in my own back yard - right now anyway.

That outfit is out of San Antonio. There is something weird going on with them. They started as Fore1gn Secrets and Faces was a side business. Now fore()ignsecrets(*)com is a porn site. Perhaps their domain was hijacked. I would use caution with them until smoke clears on their status in this bad economy.

I have not used facesofsiberia.  However, I spoke to the owner in Texas for a good hour about six months ago.  From what he told me, he was partners with the guys who run getmarriednow.  He felt they were permitting scammers and wanted nothing to do with them - sounds good - but who knows how true.  If I was seriously interested I would get numbers of guys who used his service and call them up.  If you live in San Antonio, visit him.  It is more important to talk to the people with negative experiences and see if you could handle something like that.  All I know is that his site has mostly very young girls, and that scares me off because I am now in my 40's. He does seem to have a very good foothold on Omsk and Novosibirsk right now.  It is a good place to go girl hunting because it is hard to get to.  I can not stand flying to Novosibirsk, it is a bit.ch of a flight.  If I had a wife there I would have to go back there more then I would want to for the rest of my life - I do not like that idea.  Still, I think you are better off with Ukraine or Northwest Russia.  Barry might have discovered some bad things about that agency, but I am not sure it is the same guy who is running Faceofsiberia.  We need someone who has actually gone with that service to let us know for sure.  Anyone willing to tell??

Created Foreign Secrets first. He may have partnered up with another outfit later, but about a year ago, he was running it solo. Faces of Siberia was just getting started then and only had a few girls. On the Faces site, Secrets is still mentioned as on of Ashley's "successes". There is no explaination to the fate of Secrets.

I personally think Ashley Neal "dot bombed" and is now scrambling to recover. It is evident that his pissed off some of his customers or he had scammers that he was promoting. His service was expensive and flashy, but he had quite a few good looking women. I would consider his agency to be a "caution" or an "avoid" until there is a satifactory explaination of his business practices.

I checked an anti-scam site and Foreign Secrets is listed as a scam agency. This is unfortunate. Here is the link:

I think faces and foreignsexrets broke up a long time ago, so you are talking about partner split ups.  Still, it is definitely worth investigating.
