Greetings (aka "Another Lurker Decloaks")

Whilst preparing for a move I found a couple of old Club Prima catalogs.  When I attempted to go to their website (www.clubprima.com) it appears they have gone out of business.  Does anyone have the full story?  Although I didn't meet my wife through them I did meet several nice girls...

Went under in the summer of 1999 or maybe 98?  At least that's when his web site went down.
