Someone knows where to find it shared on line?

I know some people in this board are against shared soft, I just think it's necesary for many of us with less economical power.

Thanks in advance,

Nick.

Thanks to all the people who answered my question, even if it was a negative and critical answer.

I have Russ.1 lessons 1-30 all from kazaa and mynapster. I could have bought it, but I grew up and was raised in a very poor family and it goes against my instincts to buy what is available for "sharing"Smiley if you'd like i could compress them and ship via email. Sorry BarryM get real, we are living in tough times right now.
Later Dudes!

Sorry I can't help, but I don't think BarryM should assume you can't afford a RW. My RW would kill me if she saw me spend money if there was a possibility of getting something for free!

If you can't afford Pimsleur, you can't afford a RW. LP is willing to sell his Russian I CD's for $140.

If you can't afford $140 for a CD, how are you going to affors $3K or more for a trip.  Or the money to bring a girl back for that matter.

Like most of the religious people, you do have a very charitable way with words when you are judging others.

When someone asks where to steal something, what do you expect? If you were the author of copyrighted material that someone was trying to steal from you, wouldn't you be pissed?

By your implied criticism, you are condoning someone coming to your house and looting all that you have.

In the way you have submitted your reply you are right, sorry.
What I was after, was for you to tell him that if he could not afford...........etc......etc.........
Remember the guy in "The full Monty"  he could not dance but he had something else.
Everyone of us has a something else, some have brain, others looks, some have money, some are honest, some
are thief, some are Robin Hood (steal from the rich to give to the poor)  and some steal from the poor to give to the rich.
You are ok, Barry,  I love to read you,  may I add, most of the times.

Pimsleur offers an 8 lesson Basic Russian course for around $25 at most book stores. It contains the first 8 lessons of the comprehensive course. The purpose is for those who wish to learn Russian but don't understand the time and commitment yet. It is basically a sampler course. I bought it before I bought the full course.

There are web sites that offer some Russian language lessons for free. Some of them have been posted on here.
Here is one of them:
http://www.departments.bucknell.edu/russian/language/
Perhaps a good starter topic should be: What free(legal) online Russian language resources are there available? Many on here have information to share.

One thing I see, is that if someone wants to marry a RW/UW they have to be committed. If they choose to learn Russian language, buying the Pimsleur course should not be a burdon. It is expensive to visit Russia and Ukraine to meet a RW/UW. It is expensive to go through the K-1 process. If you are not committed to it financially, you should not consider finding a RW/UW bride. Hence, if you can't afford to pay for a Pimsleur Russian course, you can't afford the $5000 - $15000 it takes to find and marry your RW/UW dreambride.

you can get the starter on Ebay or Amazon for like $18 measley bucks.  And the Russian 1 Comprehensive from $150-$190,  depending on the bidding.  And its all yours to sell for maybe 10% less after you have learned all the lessons.  If everyone is a pirate then guess what...they can't produce product.  Like most FSU countries have no international copyright laws,  they are great at copying and pirating---but,  honestly what do they produce?  Not much.  Virtually every piece of USA software and movies and music is NOT produced there...but for a coupla bucks--you got it.  Such a great incentive for creation.

Anyway,  if any of you above big time budget guys think the above bucks is like a "Duh!....whoa,  thats alot a money man."  Wake-up!  You are into a little pursuit thats gonna cost you literally thousands and thousands and if you're shy at ponying up a couple of measley bucks to learn the girls spoken language...so you can like maybe communicate in person or on the telephone---then you should take up another hobby,  like stamp collecting.  "Whoa...dude...that costs money too!"

... in response to I gotta agree on that because, posted by tim360z on Jan 24, 2002

Piracy involves illegal copies, the used market, like Ebay, deals in legitimate copies.

Look at it this way, if I buy a copy of Pimsleur's Russian Part 1 and sell it when I'm done with it, I now have some money to buy Pimsleur Part 2 etc.  In this manner the used market helps drive the new market.  Without the resale market, many of the copies would not be bought in the legitmate first market.
