In your first paragraph you write. "Never have to go thru an agency to correspond with a woman you have interest in."  Only the first few letter.  Well my experience is that the agency that translated that letter (if you get involved in that like I did with Lugan-Girl) the agency never puts your E-mail to her so she can go and send mail on her own.  This goes the same with home address etc.  They get you stuck into paying the $15 per letter or you can pay the monthly fee.  It is a Joke and I will not play that game there are many better ways to play.  Sure you can buy the address but for $20 give me a break.  Getting the agency out of the middle is much harder than you are saying.  My theory is to stay away from the agencies all together.  Use them for maybe get you an apartment or a ride from the airport etc.  Nothing else.  The rest about making sure she is real is good advice.  

Now I am just talking about what you are writing no personal attacks please.

Actually Ryan,  at $15 per email,  you were getting ripped-off.  But,  not too bad,  I have seen agencies on the web that ask for $30 per email.  And you can bet some poor guys blew that.  I only paid $2.50 to that scam agency,  Ukrainiantours.  But,  that was for an illusion.  So,  I don't know.  I think Jack charges $8 bucks for a bona fide address---I do not see that as unreasonable if you think you are very interested in the girl.  Really.  Now,  if you get redirected to an agency that wants like $50 for "correspondence with your lady"...thats a different deal.  Myself,  my thinking, is that if I saw a profile I really liked and I was sure it was all legit...like the real thing...I would blow $8 Bucks in a heartbeat.  Now,  for my big $8 bucks I do stand the chance the the girl is not interested in me and...thats life.  Pay a little on the front end for a genuine address...I don't find that too extreme.  Actually,  its cheap.  You can pay a little now...or alot later.  Your choice.  Right now,  my dance card is a little full...but if I saw a girl that interested me on Jack's site---I'd plunk down $8 big bucks in a second.  Actually,  there is one...hhhmmmm.  Got no time.

But really I think it's more then $8 if you send a picture and such.  Buy yes you can go to his site but then you might get redirected to Lugan-girl if that happens...  Good luck to you..... (Lugansk the den of scammers... Quote from someone I once did business with....)

I think you should really give Lugansk a break.  There are good people who live there.  Really.  Just because you had a bad experience there is no reason to bash the whole city and its people.  I have a friend who is on his way to there right now at this very minute with his wife...she is from Lugansk and most of the vets know him.  There are scammers in Lugansk ever since the mafia discovered it is a great place for them to operate in.  And they like your money.  So they set up all these scam agencies for all the suckers...all the men who want to marry an RW/UW.  Biz is good.  Its easy pickings.  Really easy money.  Like you,  blowin' $15 per email.  They know what you want and they rent you an illusion.  Like sellin' candy to a baby.  And its clean work...no wetwork involved.  But,  most people in Lugansk are not so involved in it...they know of it or have heard of it,  but they are not involved.  They live their everyday life.  And all these scam agencies would not even exist if only....there weren't so many suckers out there to string along.  Like sellin' drugs to an addict.  Now,  if I get scammed by a girl from Akron Ohio...should I be thinkin' that all the people of Akron are in on the scam.  C'mon.  Of course they are not.

Agency is enough in itself to make these agencies big money...  Then they get you with the services that you can usally find for cheaper with a little extra work.

and more expensive ($$$) than it should be...  Stay away from them...
