Author Topic: Does the WRW number have to be on form OF-169  (Read 3692 times)

I had my fiancee send the OF-169 in to Warsaw but I did not have the WRW number at the time.   Now I got my e-mail from Warsaw with the WRW number and I was wondering if my fiancee needed to include this on the form.  Rags said they will can it if the WRW number is not on this form and I wanted to see what others said before I had her fill out and mail it in again.

I see on the form where the case number is supposed to go.  It says "Case number - if available"  Which leads me to believe that it might not be a necessity.

Thanks for any quick responses to this question.

Could anybody tell me if Warsaw would accept a Fax copy of the OF-169.

Thanks in advance for any help about Fax copies of documents to the Consulate.

I did exactly the same and we should be fine . If it bothers you, for the sake of certainty resend OF-169 with WRW number .   John
