Women of the FSU and sensuality -- a question

Hey guys,

As it is a slow monday, I have been pondering one of the many paradoxes regarding women from the FSU, and I thought i would ask for opinions...

OK... these are traditional ladies. Agreed? (Some more than others, of course...)

One of the surest signs of someone who has posted an ad, and who is a scammer trolling for their next victim, is a picture on their profile that is just "too sexy"... right?

At least that has been my experience. If a woman chooses to place an ad of her falling out of her clothes and showing lingerie... she's probably not sincere when she says in her ad: "I am looking for romance, and I want to have a family."

OK... so... the paradox: When I met Maria -- a sincere, lovely girl --no scammer-- she was dressed like... well... like a russian :-)

Not that I am complaining...

Yet, if she had posted an ad with a picture of her in a see through blouse and black bra, and skin tight pants... I might have thought: "Not sincere... probably a scammer...." And yet, THAT is how this very sincere lady GREETS me the first time.

And it's not like she doesn't dress that way normally. She didn't buy the outfit just for me...

Also... I have heard/read that you should NEVER send a picture to a lady you are writing to that shows you in any form of undress. Not even a shirtless beach picture, as this would offend the woman.

Is this true? How can they be so non-plussed about nudity as to take their boyfriend to a strip club -- and yet be offended by a picture of aforementioned boyfriend on the beach?

I was just wondering if anyone had any theories about these contradictions?

Generally women from Ukraine do not dress like hookers.  A few will wear something sheer to show a little what's underneath but that's just about it.  I will say that most will wear high heels whenever out of the house except in the dead of winter snow.  And many wear high heel boots even in ice and snow.  They are very adept in walking in snow and ice in high heel boots.

Where I come from in the US women dress like slobs and have as much attraction as a farm pig.  Ukrainian women have too much pride to dress down for comfort but I can see someday they will change as the country will achieve more Western influence.  I hope not.  The ladies are just too much fun to watch and admire.

I would describe them as moderately conservative and fashionable.  It's been refreshing to see woman take pride in themselves and their appearance.  I will miss seeing them when I get back to the US.

I have to agree with Dr. Every woman is different, just like here. And just because she dresses sexy, like a woman (I am assuming she didn't come dressed like a hooker waiting for her next client), doesn't mean she is not sincere. Russian women, generally speaking, are not hung up about sex like some of their American counterparts. But they also have moral values and you will have to learn what is acceptable to your woman and what is not.

My fiancee is very sexy, yet was amazed to see how some women dress here in Florida. For example, a woman may go grocery shopping in her bathing suit here. Or a woman came into a club we were at dressed in a long shirt and not much else.

Just my 2 cents...

I must be in a different boat because I haven't experienced any contradictions of this sort.  For example, my wife would go ballistic if I even looked in the direction of a strip club.  And, come to think of it, I think I sent my wife a pic of me shirtless on the beach early on...it was apparently no big deal.

I guess the moral of the story is that mileages vary and that broad strokes with wide brushes don't do anyone justice.
