Anyone know how I can send flowers to this city. I lost my bookmarks I had for flower deliveries in Russia.

I have not used this one but they list Novosibirsk as a city they deliver to.  http://www.russian-flower-shop.com/index.html

I have used this Company three times to send flowers to Novokuznetsk (very close to Novosibirsk).  They have always delivered on time. Cost delivered is about 67.00 USD for 11 rose bouquet.  Tatyana said that the flowers were nice and fresh.  http://www.flowersbyinternet.com/

When I was in Sochi I bought 9 roses for 300 roubles. The guy I was with told me I got taken. I wonder what he'd think if I told him about this price.
