of our wedding on Monday to our photo site...
http://communities.msn.com/StanMarinaandKatya/stanmarinaandkatya.msnw?Page=1 They are on the 3rd page. Everything was great and the weather cleared, so we had it on the lawn overlooking the beach. The ceremony started w/ a traditional Hawaiin chant and blessing, as our preacher is a Hawaiin. We had about 20 friends there and more than twice that many watched from their lanai's (balconies) from the 2 buildings nearby. None of us noticed until the ceremony was over and they all started cheering for us and it gave everyone a good laugh. Afterwards we stayed outside and did a champagne, beer and wine recpt. w/ the cake. It all went really well and everyone enjoyed themselves. Afterwards just the 3 of us went out for a light dinner and Marina had oysters for the 1st time and loved them.
Earlier in the day Marina was a little nervous as she didn't know what to expect, but she and everyone there agreed that it was one of the best weddings they had ever seen, very down to earth, comfortable, simple, but beautiful.
And my thanks to everyone who wished us well and to everyone else here that has helped me along the way...aloha
