All they care about is providing the environment and the ladies and it is totally up to you to make your success in this search. They are not providing counseling or even advise on these tours.
The only one I have used that comes close to this is Jack from First Dream who was genuinely concerned about my finding a good wife. He offered some truly excellent, objective advice and even checked up on me a couple of times to see how I was doing and to see if I needed any assistance.
As it stands now, I am currently engaged to a great girl.
