Hello,  excite.com is bankrupt, they cut off the internet services to 850,000 customers of AT&T,
what a life.         I could editorialise a long time on the subject, some of the guys (americans) will do
better that I can, surely.  At least think about these things.    .

I will never use AT&T products again.  Some insight on why.

AT&T deliberately put ATHM (@HOME) into bankruptcy so they could get their cable pipleline for a great discount.  AT&T strong armed this company in to demimise.  But the Bondholders of @HOME told T (AT&T they'd wouldn't honor AT&T bandit byout of ATHM cable system for whatever AT&T was going to give them.)

I hope AT&T looses alot of business because of this, I would highly recommend you check  your phone bill for excessive fees, etc...  I know in Texas they're nickel and dimeing my friends.  And they turn them into the Insurance commission.  I use Var-Tec for my long distance.  (.40 to Ukrine ...but I still use a worldphonecard.com cards). $.14 a minute)

The phone card you say you use, is it the African card?  Is it any good?  I have been using the Communitel premium card, which is 10 cents but it's almost impossible to connect, and they always charge 3 minutes for the unconnected calls.  I am sick of complaining to their customer service, who don't speak really good english and always promise to write up a "report" on my complaint, but nothing ever changes.  I have also used tel3, which is excellent for domestic calls, but we always get disconnected to Ukraine after a few minutes, and it costs 23 cents.

Thanks for telling me of your experience with that card...I almost bought it.  Guess I will have to continue with my regular MCI international calling plan 'til I hear of a better deal.  Tim
