Yes ,  Ken you are right about the nonresident fees.. the local junior college wants 800 bucks for each part of the 4 part class or 3200 hundred bucks total because she is a not a permanent resident... they said if she was a permanent resident it would be 200 hundred for each part or a total of 800 bucks... quite a difference...  for Richard ... yes there is a free government program... probaly not as good but according to the lady at the junior college my fiancee would still have to be a permanent resident- Im still not sure what that entails...   Like I said in my post I get a different story from a guy who works for the school system in a different county...  I will keep you posted if I find out anything new...
