I'm Going to ODESSA! Best phone rates anyone?

Well, I have finally made my decision, I'm going to Odessa!  I have been to Kiev once and for me, it was too big.  Odessa is more the size of my own city in the USA..  I will be writing to women from Odessa, Kherson, Nikolaev, Izmail and probably the country of Moldova as well as it is so close.  
Jack (from Firstdream) is helping me and I will let people know how things are going along the way (so you better be nice to me Jack! Ha, ha!!), just kidding, he's been great..
PROBLEM-  I have already started writing to a few women there and was just invited to call one today.  I would love to know the lowest phone rates to Odessa people here have found (without messing with phone cards etc..)?  Are those 1010 numbers still a good way to go or is there something better??  Haven't called Ukraine in a year and a half so I don't know what the best deals are anymore!

Any help appreciated!

I use 10-10-220 at 29 cents per minute. 10-10-834 is 23 cents per. Whatever you do, don't use Sprint. One time I gorgot to dial the 10-10-220 prefix and I was billed about $75 for a fifteen minute call.

Are really beautiful.  My friend is a young guy and a photographer who owns his own studio.  He is really well traveled throughout Eastern Europe so I trust him when he says this.  He told me he saw an unusually high number of beautiful ladies from this city.  I also feel that this is a city that has not really been played out so much like the other larger cities, so good luck.
