The article seems to indicate that if you need or have an interview, that you will go to secret location for the interview.  It will be interesting to see if this applies to the K-1 interviews that have already been scheduled.  It will also be of interest on what will be done about the interviews that were cancelled over the last week due to the closure.

American embassy will renew the delivery of the visas on 22 October
On October 22, the embassy OF THE USA in Moscow will renew visa activity fully. This was reported on Thursday from " interfax" the sources in the press- service of the diplomatic mission. Let us recall that in the middle of last week, the consular division of the embassy temporarily ended the method of statements from Russia to the delivery of entrance visas. According to the representatives of the embassy, the seriousness of the measures " were dictated by the considerations of safety " and they were connected with the passage of the consular division in the new placements of the embassy in Moscow.
