Kiss getting better but still off track

Well Kiss.com has installed Ukraine as an option but is still missing many FSU c9iuntirs in there list.  

ONE BIG ERROR is that unless yoou area financal member you can not receive or send emails.  This means that even if you are financial and you write to a girl that is not she can not read you mail.  

So apart from some data matching issues still outstanding there are some major issues that make being a member of Kiss not worth while.

What is the point of writing to someone that can not access your letters?

On the postive side there are some features that are good.  Filters, shearch. match and encounters are good if the database record is updated.  The filter being the better.

Up the fundamental one is the mail option...  

Until they fix it I will be using dating.ru or bride.ru or megafriends.com

Those finacial memebers should write to help@kiss.com

Can you also include a definitvie list of FSU coiuntries that should be listedm on their database?

As you are aware, there are many new changes and exciting features that we have added to the Kiss.com site in recent days.

We have also changed the policy of trial membership. Trial members still have access to the site and full access to viewing our members although before you may send or receive communication to another Kiss.com member, you must be subscribed to one of our membership plans.

Firstly, I d like to thank you for all your feedback, it is much appreciated.

The reason we request trial members to communicate with paying members, is because we would like to give our paying members the luxury of knowing that everyone they meet is serious about meeting someone special. We feel that we if we let just anybody visit and communicate, we re putting our members at risk of being abused by guests, who then
leave the site just as quick with no repercussions, and then be expected to pay for that service! So we took the stance that if you want to join us, you have to pay, to weed out the minority of people who visit to mess around.

We have people from all over the world joining UDATE every day and we are always receiving suggestions to add countries not listed on our World map. Please be assured that we will add this country as soon as possible, in the meantime you could mention this in your MYSELF feature as I am sure that other members would find this information useful.

As for your other suggestions, I need to pass these onto my development team, so they can be considered for addition.

You are correct that the FSU girls cannot now reply to emails & so have left kiss.com . If you watch sites like matchdoctor.com & others, you will see all the girls appearing on these sites.

I suppose that kiss.com have got greedy, or maybe they have sold out to someone who doesn't understand how the market works. Anyhow, I am sad at the demise of kiss.com because it is where I met my husband.

Free members can only view 10 profiles per day. As a pretty girl can get 80 contacts per day, it makes the system very difficult to operate for FSU girls.

Dear Kiss.com

I am interested in joining Kiss.com as a financial member whoever there are a number of issues that need to be addressed related to your new format/policy before I consider it worth my investment/membership

1.  (MANDATORY) First and foremost is the policy that trial/free members can not read or reply to financial members email or whispers.  I think this is the number one issue that MUST be addressed.  It is pointless being able to write to someone who can not read or reply to my message.  I know this is pissing many people off, some think the person they write to are not interested in replying.  In the end this has a detrimental impact to KISS.COM as a viable and beneficial service provider.  If this is not addressed I am sure your database will loose members quicker then a free fall at the stock exchange at time of a collapse and/or loss of confidence in the company.  Many of the women I wish to contact are based in Eastern Europe and can not afford internet access let alone to be financial members.  As a financial member I expect to be able to send and receive mail from those I wish to contact.  YOU are providing a false and misleading service without providing this functionality.  IF THIS IS YOUR INTENT THEN YOU SHOULD REMOVE ALL non-financial members from your database.

BETTER STILL PLEASE REVISE AND RETURN TO YOUR PREVIOUS POLICY.

2. (A MUST) There are many former Soviet Union Countries that are not listed in your Countries list. Many of your existing  profiles are now no longer associated with a country.  YOU NEED TO REVISE YOUR COUNTRY/REGION LIST and the region map to reinstate these countries.  PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOUR COUNTRY LIST MATCHES THAT PROVIDED IN THE WINDOWS REGIONAL SETTINGS and ensure that ALL FSU/East European countries are listed.

3. (DESIRED) Please include Language as a selection criteria and also list Orthodox Christian as a Religion.

Other than that I like the changes to the revised format.   BUT I stress IT IS NOT WORTH BECOMING A FINANCIAL MEMBER UNTIL YOU ADDRESS THE ABOVE ISSUES.

Please advise accordingly

PS.  I have read on various Bulletin Boards there is wide concern about the above issues.  Some existing financial members have suggested taking class action against Kiss.com to seek a full refund of their investment and membership (Some claim these changes have caused detrimental and adverse impact to their lives and as such compensation should be paid.)  I suggest you seek further legal advice and consider the above seriously.  Better to act now and quickly before you suffer a significant loss in membership and compensation through legal challenges.
