I have used lots of different companies and I like www.callingcardsplus.com. I pay about $.02 a minute for a regular phone calls and $04 for a cell phone call to Colombia with a TICO card (they sell quite a few different ones). The system they used to track minutes is very fast but I get a lot of time with a $20 card. If you spend $40 you get a 20% so makes it a bit easier to swallow.

We use www.callingcards.com, they have different ones but we use the TPC one.  I recharge the card online so my wife can keep the same pin.  It's 5 cents a min, 8 for cell.  She calls her mother daily, no problems. -TNC

Thanks I'll check that out. 8 cents for a cell sounds pretty goood.

Frank, I use Viapin.  I believe it is about 5.5 cents a minute to call a house in Colombia (calls to cell phones cost about double that amount on this particular card).  I use the superclean or superquick card.  I talk with my fiancee quite often so I buy the $40 card.  No connection fee or other charges. And with the $40 card I have the same pin number for a while.  I always get a good connection.

Do you buy that online or locally? I'm getting about 20 miutes with a $5 card. Man that's .50 cents a minute man. Not good. I don't understand with the same card I would call Ukraine for 40 minutes?! Go figure.
