For other lurkers another time to avoid Manila unless you are a pilgrim or a tourist for the specific event is January 9th when the Black Nazarene makes its procession. Like Holy Week the TV schedules through out the nation will be disrupted along with Manila traffic. But the traffic always seems disrupted around Manila
