The same group that crank out hundreds of new laws each year designed to keep the rest of us in line.

Sad to say, but the 'Congress' was the first thought--choice to come in my mind.

They're the same people who have their own 'special' retirement plan that after serving only one term guarantees a hefty pension for life, but also a unique, premier health care plan exclusively for them.

Of course, all the while, they're destroying what 'we the people' have to live with---our social security and making our health care into something akin to road kill....
