Bus from Bogota to Manizales?

I remember EbonyPrince and others stating that there are business that go to Manizales. Looking at the prices of flights, it is cheapest for me to fly into Bogota. So how do I go about finding the buses that go from Bog to Manizales?

My wife did this trip 2 times while we were dating they run every 3 hours but I cannot remember the price.  Bus terminal is pretty easy to find
