Several months back, when the list was much more active with rants and flames, I was taken to task for saying that there were agencies in Brazil that catered to Europeans without having given an example of any.
Well, I recently found one such agency. it is called Brazil Exterior Marriage Agency. It URL is www (dot) brasil (hyphen) exterior (dot) com. It seems they recently added an English version.
