Hi all, know tons about Russian, nothing about Latin, could use some help-

I have been to Ukraine more than a few times and I am done with the Russian woman scene.  Sorry to those who like Russian ladies, but I have never seen so many scammers..  Very difficult there now..   

I know NOTHING about Latin ladies, agencies etc.. I have seen a few men here speak about an agency called latin wife.com, but from a quick look at it, it seems you pay like $1500 for 3 days?  Can that be right??  I assume that does not include air or anything?  Seems pretty pricey!  Maybe I read it wrong..

So are there better options than just going with the Foreign Affairs tour?  I never did a tour in Eastern Europe..  Any recommendations of really good and fair agencies would be appreciated.  But I know nothing about South America so what country do guys seem to like the best???  Is there any general consensus abotu which country guys are liking to go to the most to find a great wife??  Brazil over Columbia etc??  And then there is- which city in that country??

I would love to know the general feelings from some here about the "general" differences between Latin ladies and Russian ladies..  Are there any fewer scammers?  Are they more sincere?  I know we are just speaking in generalities here.  I just found many Russian women to be pretty dishonest in many ways.. It was very tough.

I know I have asked a lot of questions but being a veteran of the Russian area and knowing more than I want to, it is difficult to find myself in the newbie position again when it comes to Latin.

You are going to get nailed for spelling Colombia wrong  .

The foreign affairs thing has a bad reputation...I think W3d has said it used to be linked to the porn industry.

latin wife, cali charm, and colombia cupido all have gotten some good reviews. Introductions by consuelo might be good but no reviews. latin life mates seems to be OK? Stay away from Amor de Cartagena. Can't remember any others. $1500 is a lot, but as they say, you get what you pay for. And $1500 is not very much compared to the amount you'll pay to do this thing right (several trips, visa fees, etc...which pales in comparison to the amount you could potentially spend on buying her clothes, cars, etc. once she gets here). Some guys have spent ~$60k before getting their wife over here.

A lot of guys use an online personals service like latin american cupid or colombian cupid rather than an agency.

Brazil is a pretty different country from Colombia, and has a different language...Peru seems popular lately. You're probably better off picking a place you'd like to visit, learn the language, and then get some contacts over an internet personals site. A lot of work...but again...pales in comparison with the amount of work a marriage requires.

Linked to K4I, a porn film company-they owned half of it until 2000 and were sharing camera equipment and facilities up to 2003. even shared offices until fairly recently. RWD has had quite a writeup on it since 2006.

If you want to be successful, that is not the agency to get you there.

You are much better served in utilizing smaller personal agencies who know their girls. Also-pick your country. Finally-learn the language of the woman that you seek. . . .

I have never been on a "tour" in Russia/Ukraine. I used agencies for meeting girls but never did the tour thing as I determined early on they would not be the way to go, and I was right.  Didn't know about the AFA fiasco, but it doesn't surprise me..  I do know decent Russian and it is daunting to think of having to start all over again!  That is why I was wondering about Mexico, as many ladies there do speak English.  Just can't find anyone who has used an agency there!

I think to start, I need a good agency that is honest, that can put me up when there and help lead me a little would be very helpful.  Not looking for a "tour" thing.. Just a private deal to stay there for 7-12 days and meet some ladies etc..
Just need a great agency.. since nobody has said they have done anything in Mexico, how about a really good agency in Colombia?  I don't care which city, I will go to the one where guys feel the agency was the best!

Insofar as agencies goes, this is as good as it gets, especially since you don't want to do a tour.  You will meet many available and highly attractive women.  If you are halfway decent looking and intelligent, the biggest issue will be which babe to spend more time with.

Yes it is me.  I have been to many agencies that I would not give a whole-hearted recommendation to, but Cali Charm in Cali & Latin Wife in Barranquilla are what I do recommend, based on my experience with each.    They are both run by honest people & will introduce you to attractive & available women.

So if you are only able to pick ONE to go to, which would it be and why?  Sorry if that puts you in an awkward position..  Feel free to PM the answer if that would be better.. 
I just really need a great agency because in the Latin world, I am totally a virgin!  Eastern Europe, no problem, I know interpreters, agencies, I can get around on my own, negotiate, etc..  But I am a total newborn and out of my element with Latin..

It depends,  perhaps you could correspond via webcam with ladies from either site and see if a babe from either site is your cup of tea & vise-versa.  Then you can go to where you have a woman lined up.  If you are going to go to Colombia cold than I would say use Latin Wife in BAQ if money is not an issue.  If money is tighter then go to Cali and use Cali Charm.   Ultimately you should look on both sites and see where the women are that you are most attracted to.
