Neil, here are my thoughts on the matter:

1. most agencies are average to poor with a few good standouts

2. their main priority should be intros, after that it is up to us

3. the majority of women in agencies are gold diggers or flakes so this comes with the territory

4. peru agencies are crapola, try colombia next time

I've been to Lima a few times and know Matchsys and Raul.
last year he had his sister Graciela there and she was the main person their
dealing with the gals and the clients and she was AAA+++
Raul threw her out and the place has gone down hill ever since.
Raul was back office handling the computers and profile posting... and now he has to
take Graciala's place and it is NOT working.  He is NOT cut out for
customer relations PERIOD.  At the moments its a sorry excuse for an agency.
They get most of their listings from Amigos and LAC  anyway !!!


I also know LPS Janet..   I was impressed by their professionalism.
Janet is a smart gal.  My Spanish is so so....  so I was able to
make a go of it without a translator.  I found the gals to be quite sincere...
and did not encounter any professional BLOOD SUCKERS  like you did.
BUT they are their... they are EVERYWHERE!! 

I also want to add that you will have a MUCH better chance finding a gal that speaks good english in
BOGOTA.  I know alot of great gals that speak great engish their....  very pretty.. but not quite my type.
