The right thing to do would be to send your fiancee a complete copy of any police reports along with a translation. Then, you can explain it all to her from your viewpoint. She deserves to know everything in advance.
BTW, if you marry her over there and petition her for an immigrant spouse visa, IMBRA and disclosure of past domestic violence, etc., does not apply. That only pertains to fiancee K-1 visas.
